Alina Petrova heads up the america777.casino community desk. She has moderated iGaming forums and Telegram support groups since 2017 (LCB, AskGamblers Player Centre, Casino.Guru complaints team) and joined us full-time at relaunch. Alina sets and enforces the chat-channel rules, mediates between players and the casino's VIP team when payout disputes surface, and curates the pinned-guides shelf in the player-reviews community so newcomers always have an entry point. She also publishes the weekly Top-Reviews digest and the monthly "Player Voice" recap. Alina is a CTH-certified moderator (Chat Trust Handbook, 2023) and contributes anonymized escalation case studies to the Player Protection working group.
