Programme overview
The America777 VIP programme is a four-tier loyalty ladder open to every verified player. There is no fee, no application form and no invitation required for the bottom three tiers — you are enrolled at Silver the moment your first deposit clears, and you progress automatically as you accrue loyalty points. Diamond is the only tier that triggers a manual KYC re-verification (proof of funds and source of wealth) because of the higher cashier limits and the bespoke gifts.
The programme is designed around three levers: cashback, the automatic refund on net losses, which scales from 5% at Silver to 25% at Diamond; tier-specific perks, including a dedicated manager from Platinum up; and operational priority, primarily a faster withdrawal SLA and higher cashier limits. The combination is what makes the ladder useful — Cashback alone is generous but not unique, but Cashback + manager + bespoke reloads is the package most mid-tier rivals fail to assemble.
Tier thresholds and cashback rates are checked against published house rules and cashier exports — see methodology and how we rate for the verification cadence.
How loyalty points are earned
Loyalty points (LP) are the only currency the ladder cares about. Wagering activity converts to LP at a fixed schedule:
| Game category | Wager / 1 LP | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | $0.50 | Excludes blacklisted high-RTP titles (full list in T&C 7.4) |
| Table games (RNG) | $5.00 | Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker |
| Live dealer | $10.00 | Including game-shows and live blackjack |
| Bingo / instant | $5.00 | Bonus contributions count at 25% |
| Bonus money | ×4 base rate | Wagers placed with bonus funds count at 25% of the cash rate |
LP is non-redeemable for cash and exists only to drive tier progression. There is no LP-shop equivalent. The benefit is purely the ladder you unlock.

Cashback mechanics

Cashback is calculated nightly on a strict net-loss formula: (Deposits − Withdrawals − Bonus Money Credited) × Cashback Rate. The window is one calendar day in UTC. Crucially, cashback is paid as withdrawable cash — not bonus funds — so it carries zero wagering. This is unusual in the segment and is the single biggest reason serious players climb the ladder.
The minimum daily cashback payout is $1; days where net loss is below the rate threshold roll over for one calendar week. The maximum daily payout is $10,000 at Diamond, $2,500 at Platinum, $500 at Gold and $50 at Silver. The annual cap on cashback is currently disclosed only to Diamond players in their welcome pack — the public figure is “no annual cap” for Platinum and below.
The dedicated VIP manager

Platinum and Diamond players get a named human contact, available 18 hours per day across Telegram, email and the in-cashier private channel. The manager is the operational unblocker — they negotiate custom reload bonuses, fast-track withdrawal queries, arrange birthday and milestone gifts, and provide a single point of contact during disputes. Their authority extends to a discretionary $5,000 monthly bonus budget per Platinum player and $25,000 per Diamond player; anything above routes to the head of VIP for approval.
VIP tournaments & invite events
In addition to the public tournaments listed on the promotions hub, the casino runs invite-only VIP tournaments every quarter with $50,000–$250,000 prize pools and an entry list capped at the top 200 players by 90-day wager. These do not appear in the public schedule. Diamond players also get invitations to two annual physical events (one in Limassol, one in Mexico City) with travel and accommodation covered.
Payout SLA at each tier
The withdrawal review queue is prioritised by tier. Average finance-team review times in the last 90 days were:
| Tier | Median review | p95 review | Crypto end-to-end |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | 9h 12m | 22h 48m | ~10–12 hours |
| Gold | 4h 36m | 11h 06m | ~5–6 hours |
| Platinum | 2h 18m | 5h 24m | ~3 hours |
| Diamond | 22 minutes | 2h 12m | ~45 minutes |
These figures are sourced from our weekly proof-of-payouts ledger; the tier breakdown is anonymised but the aggregate timings are externally verifiable.
Is the programme worth chasing?
Stripped of marketing language, VIP is the operator paying you back to play more. The right way to evaluate it is on a per-month basis. At a $2,500 monthly slot wager on 96.5% RTP titles you expect $87 in net loss; at Gold cashback (10%) you claw back $8.70, lifting effective RTP to 96.85%. At a $50,000 monthly wager on the same titles you expect $1,750 in losses; at Diamond cashback (25%) you claw back $437.50, lifting effective RTP to 97.37%.
For a slot-first recreational player who already wagers $2,500/month, climbing Silver→Gold is a clear win — it requires no behaviour change and adds 0.35 percentage points to RTP. The tier where the ROI question actually starts to bite is Platinum: the $10k/month threshold should not be reverse-engineered, only organically reached. Diamond should be considered closed unless you already wager $50k+ for entertainment reasons.
How it compares to the segment
Three things stand out vs the 25-operator quarterly benchmark. First, the cashback ceiling (25%) is in the top decile; the median is 18%. Second, cashback being paid as withdrawable cash with zero wagering is a top-quartile feature — most rivals pay cashback as bonus money with 1× to 5× wagering. Third, the qualifying thresholds are aggressively player-friendly: $2,500 to Gold is below the segment median of $4,000, and the rolling 30-day window forgives quiet weeks better than the strict-monthly model used elsewhere.
Maintaining and losing tiers
Tier review runs every 30 days at 00:00 UTC on the calendar boundary. Falling below the qualifying LP threshold once is forgiven; two consecutive missed reviews drops you a tier. There is no tier downgrade in the middle of a calendar month — once a review passes you keep your perks for the full 30 days. Diamond players have a 90-day grace window before downgrade, which is unusual and player-friendly.
Voluntary tier-pause is also available: if you set a one-month cool-off you keep your current tier for the duration, and the LP review is suspended. This is one of the better responsible-gaming integrations in the segment.
VIP programme questions
Every verified player is enrolled at the Silver tier automatically. Climbing to Gold requires 5,000 loyalty points — typically a $2,500 monthly wager on slots — within a rolling 30-day window.
You earn 1 loyalty point per $0.50 wagered on slots, 1 point per $5 on table games, and 1 point per $10 on live dealer. Bonus money wagering counts at 25% of the equivalent cash rate.
Cashback is calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals minus bonus money) for each calendar day at 03:00 UTC the following day, and credits to the cashier as withdrawable balance — no wagering required.
Yes. Each tier is reviewed every 30 days. If you fall below the qualifying loyalty-point threshold for two consecutive monthly reviews, you drop one tier. Diamond players have a 90-day grace window before review.
No. Wagering is wagering — the rail does not affect loyalty-point accrual. Crypto withdrawals do, however, benefit from a faster payout SLA at every tier from Gold up.
Wagers placed with bonus money count at 25% of the equivalent cash rate. Wagers placed with real-money deposits during a bonus session count in full. The cashier’s history view labels each spin so you can audit.
Platinum and Diamond players are introduced to a named manager via private chat within 24 hours of upgrade. The manager covers Telegram, email and the in-cashier private channel and is on-call 18 hours per day.
