Step-by-step withdrawal walkthrough
- Step 1
Open the cashier and pick "Withdraw"
Sign in, open the cashier from the top-right wallet icon, switch to the Withdraw tab. The minimum and maximum for each method are shown inline.
- Step 2
Pick a withdrawal method
Crypto rails are usually fastest, e-wallets are the middle ground, and card or bank withdrawals depend more on the issuing provider. Pick based on the speed / fee table further down this page.
- Step 3
Enter the amount and destination
For crypto, paste your destination address — double-check that the network matches (TRC-20 for USDT, mainnet for BTC/ETH/LTC). For e-wallets, the destination email must match your registered Skrill/Neteller account.
- Step 4
Complete KYC if prompted
Pre-submit passport + utility bill + selfie before your first withdrawal request to skip the queue. Median KYC review time is now 45 minutes (down from 90 minutes pre-April).
- Step 5
Confirm and wait for the rail
Operator processing finishes within ~7 minutes for crypto and ~4 hours for fiat. Network or banking-rail latency is everything after that point.
KYC and what to upload
Identity
Passport (preferred) or national ID
Photo page only, in colour, no glare. The OCR pipeline rejects scans below 1024px shorter side.
Address
Utility bill, dated within 90 days
Full name, full address and the issuing utility’s logo must be visible. Phone bills accepted; mobile-only contracts are not.
Selfie
Face + document + dated note
Hold your ID next to your face with a handwritten note: “America777 — DD/MM/YYYY”. The OCR validates the date band.
Verified payout proofs
Every screenshot in the public ledger is hash-checked against a real cashier transaction ID and EXIF-stripped before publication. See the full proof-of-payouts ledger for 12 verified examples from April 2026.
FAQ
Crypto rails are usually the fastest, e-wallets are next, and cards or bank rails can take longer depending on the provider. The full method table on this page shows current guidance by rail.
America777 charges 0% on every supported rail. Skrill and Neteller pass through a 1.45% Paysafe FX fee if you withdraw to a non-base currency. Crypto network fees are paid out of the withdrawn amount on mainnet rails.
Minimums are $20 on e-wallets, Apple/Google Pay and Arbitrum L2; $30 on cards and on Bitcoin / Ethereum / USDT / Litecoin mainnet rails.
On every first withdrawal, on cumulative withdrawals above $1,000 by default and on individual withdrawals above $1,500. Crypto auto-approval threshold raised from $1,000 to $1,500 on 8 April 2026.
Visa Direct settlement is bottlenecked by your issuing bank. The operator-side processing finishes within four hours; the remainder (often 32+ hours) is the bank. P90 sits around 50 hours on Visa.
A small ($0.10) test deposit from your destination wallet to your operator account is the standard path. Hardware-wallet signed messages are accepted as an alternative for ETH and Arbitrum.
