These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “User”) and america777.casino (“we”, “us”, “the hub”), the official information website for the America777 brand. By accessing the hub, creating a community account or interacting with our chat and review features you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and the Editorial Policy. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass age or identity verification, geo-restrictions or rate-limit controls.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or automated indexing in violation of robots.txt.
• Uploading malware, phishing links or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, sharing of CSAM (immediately reported to NCMEC).
• Promoting unlicensed or banned operators, or content that targets self-excluded players.

Limitation of liability

The hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Repeat or severe breaches result in an immediate, permanent ban; the moderation log is published in anonymised form on the community page.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence. Disputes related to the hub itself shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Disputes related to the casino service (deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, KYC, account closure) are between you and the operator and are governed by the operator’s terms. Casino-side disputes can be escalated to the operator’s licensing regulator or to the independent dispute-resolution provider listed in the operator’s terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms periodically — typically once a quarter, or on demand following regulatory updates.
