Diego Fontana

Diego Fontana is our Trust & Safety moderator. A former Discord T&S contractor, he wired up the bullmq-based moderation worker that scans every chat message and big-win submission for obvious scam patterns (shillback wallets, screenshot reuse, KYC-document leakage). Diego also owns the proof-of-payouts verification queue: every screenshot is hash-checked against the casino's transaction-id format, EXIF-stripped, and only published once the ticket cross-references a real cashier ticket. He maintains the public moderation-action log so the community can audit removals. Diego is fluent in IT/EN/PT and a regular at the iGaming Trust & Safety meet-ups in Lisbon.
