Qualifying slots and weighting
Every Hacksaw slot in the catalogue qualifies. Scoring uses the operator-standard "highest payout multiplier per session" model — a single 500× hit on a $1 spin scores higher than a $20 spin returning 100×.
Score multipliers (applied on top of the raw payout multiplier):
- Le Bandit 2 — 1.5× (launch slot)
- Wanted Dead or a Wild — 1.25× (heritage hit)
- Itero — 1.0× (April release)
- All other Hacksaw slots — 1.0×
Practically: a 1,000× hit on Le Bandit 2 scores as 1,500× for leaderboard purposes; the same hit on Itero scores as 1,000×.
Minimum qualifying spin
$0.50 minimum bet to qualify a spin for the leaderboard. Lower-bet spins still pay normally — they just don't count toward the score. The $0.50 floor is half the Pragmatic Drops & Wins floor and significantly below the operator's average $1.20 spin.
Realistic Top 100 budget
Based on historic Hacksaw tournament data the desk tracks, Top 100 has reached the leaderboard at a 250–400× best-session multiplier in three-day formats. That is achievable on Le Bandit 2's standard Heist Buy (125× bet) with a single decent hit. Conservative budget for a Top 100 attempt: $50–100 worth of $1 bets, or $20–40 of buys at minimum bet.

Editor's take
Hacksaw promos have historically been the most player-friendly leaderboards in the segment — small pools but deep fields and very accessible qualifying floors. The 100% cash payout (no wagering) is the right call for a launch promo: it converts curious players into Le Bandit 2 testers without locking them into bonus terms.
